The existence of God can be deduced by realising that the present is not preceded by an infinite number of past events. This necessitates a beginning to the series of all events, and the existence of a Creator to have brought those events into existence.
Can rational judgements be falsified with new scientific discoveries? If so, how can we be sure that the proofs for the existence of God will hold against advancements in science?
While the motion of bodies is an observable reality, rest is not. What's to say that true rest is impossible, and that motion is necessary for bodies?
